Welcome to Skin & Scissors Beauty Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including appointments, consultations, and any other offerings provided at our studio located at 1801 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, California 92867. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided Skin & Scissors Beauty Studio offers a range of beauty services, including but not limited to hair coloring, balayage, color correction, haircuts for all genders and ages, facials, makeup services, scalp treatments, lash lifts, eyebrow tinting, silk presses, and keratin treatments. 2. Appointments
Scheduling: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.
Confirmation: Appointment confirmations will be sent via email, text, or phone call.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 25% of full service amount.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may incur a fee of $20.
3. Payments and Fees
Pricing: All service prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be provided at the time of service.
Deposits: A deposit of 50% may be required for new clients, certain services or high-demand booking times. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if the cancellation policy is followed.
Payments Accepted: We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking. All payments are due at the completion of the service.
4. Refunds and Adjustments
Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 72 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, including providing adjustments or corrections where appropriate.
Refunds: Refunds are not offered for completed services. Adjustments may be provided at the sole discretion of the studio.
5. Client Responsibilities
Honest Communication: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their hair, skin, or health conditions that may impact the services provided.
Health and Safety: Clients experiencing contagious conditions or illnesses are encouraged to reschedule to maintain the health and safety of our staff and other clients.
6. Studio Policies
Children: Children are welcome for scheduled services but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Personal Belongings: Skin & Scissors Beauty Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behavior.
7. Privacy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how your data is collected, used, and stored. By using our services, you consent to this policy.
8. Liability
No Guarantees: While we strive to achieve your desired results, outcomes may vary depending on individual hair and skin conditions.
Damage and Reactions: Skin & Scissors Beauty Studio is not responsible for damage or adverse reactions caused by failure to disclose pertinent information, at-home treatments, or the use of non-recommended products.
9. Changes to Terms Skin & Scissors Beauty Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
