Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Upon your appointment, a deposit of 50% will be made on a credit card.

Your credit card deposit is necessary to have on file to hold all appointments time(s). Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to the balance due after your final balance. Please note, you will not be charged a rescheduling fee unless you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time(s). If you are not present for a scheduled appointment or do not provide a 48-hour notice, the deposit will be kept as the fee. You may cancel online, message, or by calling the studio directly.

If you will be late to your appointment, please notify your provider as soon as possible. If arriving 15 minutes or later of your scheduled time, you will be assessed a $20 late fee.
